Parts for Chinese EVs — OEM and OEM-Equivalent

The part your customer needs does not exist in your country’s aftermarket catalogue.
The local dealer network does not stock it. The general supplier quotes eight weeks. Meanwhile the car
occupies a lift.

We source service and repair parts for Chinese electric vehicles out of China and ship them worldwide,
for workshops that need the vehicle finished rather than a promise.

OEM or OEM-Equivalent — Your Choice

Both routes are available, and we tell you which is which rather than quietly substituting.

  • OEM parts. The same part number that came off the car, from the original
manufacturer’s supply chain. Longest lead time, highest certainty.
  • OEM-equivalent parts. Produced to the same specification by a qualified supplier,
often the same factory that builds the OEM item. Faster and cheaper, and we say so when that is what
    you are getting.
  • Rebuild and repair components. For items where the assembly is not realistically
replaceable — we will tell you when repair is the better commercial call for the customer.

For any part you order, tell us the VIN. Chinese EV platforms run multiple revisions of the same
component across build dates and battery variants, and ordering off a photo of the old part is how
wrong parts get shipped.

How Ordering Works

  1. Send the request. VIN, model, model year, the part you need and — if you have it —
the part number from the old component. A photo helps. So does a photo of the vehicle’s data plate.
  2. We confirm and quote. You get the part number, whether it is OEM or equivalent,
the price and a realistic lead time. Not a best-case estimate.
  3. You approve, we ship. Tracking provided. If a part turns out to be the wrong
revision for the build, we resolve it — that is on us, not on your customer.

Shipping

Orders ship from China worldwide by air and consolidated freight. Small parts move fast; bulky items
such as charge port assemblies and cooling packs are quoted with a lead time you can plan a booking
around rather than one you have to explain away.

FAQ

Can I order a single part?
Yes. We are not a container-only supplier. Single-unit orders are normal for workshops.

Do you supply the trade only?
We prioritise workshops and fleet operators, but if you are an owner doing a documented repair yourself,
talk to us.

What if I am not sure which part is faulty?
Send the symptom and the fault codes first. Buying a part to find out is the most expensive diagnostic
method there is. Our remote support desk can narrow it down before you
order.

Do you handle returns?
Wrong part shipped by us: replaced at our cost. Ordered in error: contact us before fitting — once a part
is installed and used, it cannot go back to the supplier.

Send a Parts Request

Email logan@evrepairbase.com with the VIN, model year, the part you need
and any part number or photo you have.

Not sure what is wrong yet? Start with
remote repair support — diagnosis first, parts second, is almost always
the cheaper order.
